much does Med Mall Online charge for shipping?
FREE SHIPPING in the Continental US: On
orders over $249 (on all orders below $249 regular FedEx shipping
charges apply. Actual charges may not be available until after FedEx
has weighed and shipped products). Overnight shipping is normally
available at an extra charge. Orders being shipped outside
the Continental United States are subject to current shipping rates
and should be placed by calling 1-800-593-5556.

do I know Med Mall Online received my order?
All orders that are placed in our online store
are immediately sent to our personnel. Once we receive the
order we will e-mail an order confirmation to you.

my order is received when will it ship?
Please allow up to one business week to receive
your order. If we anticipate any delay in your shipment we
will contact you to let you know.

will my order be shipped?
Orders placed in our online store are shipped
via UPS Ground. If you would prefer to have your order shipped by
any other means please let us know. We would be happy to accommodate
you (additional shipping charges may apply).
